This budget-friendly Route 66 motel features 50 rooms lined up diagonally around a U-shaped courtyard. Inside each room, you can enjoy air conditioning, refrigerators, and complimentary WiFi. Free parking is available right outside your door! Some rooms come with kitchenettes and guest laundry facilities are available on-site.

Located close to downtown Tulsa, find this motel right on Oklahoma Route 66. Look for the big neon sign lit up with a glowing green cactus (renovated in 2004 for the International Tulsa Route 66 Festival) and the vintage blue automobile out front.

While I still haven’t spent the night here while traveling Route 66 in Oklahoma, I did stop by for photos of the classic neon sign while taking promo pics for my road trip journal, in between stopping at the Blue Whale of Catoosa, Buck Atom’s Cosmic Curios on 66, and Tally’s Good Food Café.
