Winslow, Arizona is perhaps best known for its mention in the 1970s Eagles song, “Take it Easy.” The town celebrates its claim to fame at Standin’ on The Corner Park where a trompe-l’œil mural and sculpture recreate the song’s scenes. Sip Shoppe is located in the 1904 Navajo County Bank Building and its decor still pays homage to its past. Inside you’ll find chrome and red vinyl bar stools, Route 66 memorabilia, black and white photos, an original vault door, and restored tin ceilings. Outside admire the Navajo Rug patterned parapet.
