This roadside attraction is one of the best on the web. Find TaranTula, the giant spider sculpture in front of Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The giant spider sculpture is officially titled “TaranTula” and was created by artist Christina Sporrong at Spitfire Forge in Taos, New Mexico. The statue is 16-feet tall and constructed out of steel. It appeared at several music festivals before finding a permanent home in the parking lot outside of Meow Wolf’s House of Eternal Return. There are picnic tables installed underneath the giant spider to have a seat or enjoy lunch from an on-site food truck.
