Home to fewer than 3,000 people, the entire population of Casey could probably fit on the town’s giant rocking chair.

So who is behind giving you a BIG reason to visit Casey? That honor belongs to Jim Bolin. Bolin, co-owner of the family-owned Bolin Enterprises, Inc., came up with the idea to create a giant wind chime to lure people off the highway and into Casey. His attraction worked so well, that he just kept going. Since he already owned a pipeline and tank maintenance company, he had all the tools and recycled and repurposed materials he needed at his disposal to create big thing after big thing.
