A little birdie told me that you might just love this Fargo, North Dakota mural. Titled Bird Up, this mural in Downtown Fargo covers a building at 409 Broadway N. The street art was completed in 2018 by local artist Hideuhs.

The mural is the artist’s fifth and features a man’s face with a toothy grin and a grill made from utility boxes on the building; a foot in a Yeezy Boost shoe; several colorful birds in blue, green, purple, orange, yellow, red, and turquoise; and a texting conversation on a mobile phone. It’s a must-see public painting on any Fargo street art tour!

Of course, this isn’t the only mural in downtown Fargo worth checking out. Be sure to also see the Butter the Octopus mural and the Mario Wall while in town (see a map of all the murals around town here). Also, be sure to pop over to neighboring Moorhead, Minnesota, to see the World’s Largest Dilly Bar.
