Tourists seem to go head over heels for this giant head! Eros Bendato (Eros bound) is a giant...well...head in the middle of Rynek Główny, the main square in Krakow, Poland! The bronze noggin was sculpted by Igor Mitoraj in 1999 and moved to Krakow in 2003. There was never a moment I didn't see someone taking their photo with it...or inside of it! Warsaw wasn't that silly. I suppose if you were completely destroyed in a war and had to rebuild yourself from the ground up you too would take yourself very seriously. That said, these multi-colored Pegasus sculptures were pretty silly. The flying horses were created by Beata and Pawel Konarscy and are scattered across the lawn in front of the Biblioteka Narodowa (National Library) in Warsaw, Poland. ...
